Every print leaves the studio the way it was made — by hand, and with care.
Unframed prints are handled in white cotton gloves, signed, and rolled carefully into a sturdy mail tube. Framed prints can't be rolled, so they're packed flat in a protective box. Either way, you'll have tracking in your inbox as soon as it's on its way.
Print Handling
Every print is handled by hand, in white cotton gloves, before it leaves the studio. Unframed prints are signed and rolled carefully into a sturdy mail tube. Framed prints can’t be rolled, so they’re packed flat in a protective box.
Processing time
Every print is made to order. Unframed prints are printed, checked, signed, and packaged in around 10 days. Framed prints take longer — printing takes around 10 days, with a further 10–12 days for framing, so please allow 20–22 days in total before a framed print ships.
Postage times
Once your order leaves the studio, it travels with Australia Post. Domestic parcels are registered and international parcels are tracked. Transit times vary by location, so for the most accurate estimate, check Australia Post’s delivery estimator with your postcode or destination country.

Orders & Shipping
Every print is custom-made for you, so please allow around 10 days for unframed prints, or 20–22 days for framed prints, for me to print, check, sign (and frame, where applicable) and package your order before it ships. Once it’s on its way, you’ll receive tracking by email. For an estimate of transit time once shipped, Australia Post’s delivery estimator is the most accurate guide, as times vary by location.
I handle every print in white cotton gloves, then roll it carefully into a sturdy mail tube and send it with Australia Post, with tracking emailed to you. Framed prints can’t be rolled, so they ship flat in a protective box.
Yes — I ship worldwide from my studio in north-west Tasmania. All parcels go with Australia Post: domestic parcels are registered, and international parcels are tracked.
Once your order has shipped I can’t take responsibility for parcels lost, damaged, or stolen in transit — but I’ll always look into it with you and work with Australia Post toward a fair solution. Every case is different and is handled at my discretion.
Because every print is made to order, printing often begins soon after you order — so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Please check your order details before confirming, and if something’s wrong, email me as soon as you can and I’ll do what I can.
