What size prints do you offer?
Open Edition 8 x 10” (203.2mm x 254mm)
Small A3 (297mm x 420mm)

On what materials are your Prints printed?
Emily’s prints are photographed all over Australia and are carefully printed on 230gsm Giclée rag paper in her North West Tasmanian studio on her Epson Professional printer. Each print is handled with utmost care by Emily, using white cotton gloves, before being personally signed, dated, and numbered by her.
Do you offer framing?
Framing is available in sizes A3, A2, A1 and A0 along with custom sizes.
Framing is available in Tasmanian Oak Timber, Black or White frames. I work with an amazing Professional framer who will carefully frame and handle your print. All frames come with white matting and are professionally framed. Please contact email for quotes on framing.
Framing can take up to 20 Days for delivery.
What is a limited edition print and an open edition print exactly?
Limited Edition prints are only available in a limited quantity. All prints are signed and numbered.
Unlike limited edition prints, Open Edition prints may be endlessly reproduced. Because there's no limit to the number of prints that can be made, an open edition print is priced lower than a limited edition print.
Can I change the print I ordered after I have received it?
If you are not happy with your purchase you need to notify me within 7 days of receiving your prints. If you change your mind, exchanging goods and refunding goods is at the discretion of Emily O’Brien Photography. If you simply change your mind this does not mean you will receive a refund as all prints are custom printed for you, meaning I have printed them especially for you.
I’ve seen a photograph of yours that I love but it’s not offered on your shop. Am I able to purchase it as a print?
Yes definitely! Please send an email to hello@emilyobrienphotography.net and I can place a custom order for you.
Orders & Shipping
How are the prints shipped?
All prints are carefully handled by Emily using white cotton gloves. They are then signed and rolled carefully into a round mail tube. The prints are then shipped through Australia Post. Tracking information wil be sent to you via email.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order has been placed, it enters our processing system quickly to ensure prompt delivery. Therefore, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please double-check your order details before confirming.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders usually arrive within 5-7 business days, while international orders may take longer.
What happens if the print is lost or damaged in the mail?
While Emily O’Brien takes no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods once your order is shipped, Emily is more than happy to investigate into your lost, damaged or stolen goods and she ensures that she will work towards an appropriate solution with Australia Post. When will my order arrive?
Emily O’Brien’s processing policy is between 10-14 days. All of Emily’s prints are custom printed. They will be carefully printed, checked, signed and packaged ready to be shipped to you.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, shipping is available worldwide from Emily’s studio in North West Tasmania Australi All parcels sent with Australia Post are registered and parcels sent internationally are tracked.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with your purchase you need to notify me within 7 days of receiving your prints. Will you keep my details private?
Definitely! Emily is committed to making sure your details are protected and your privacy is intact. Your privacy is important . All information collected by Emily O’Brien is only used for the purpose of processing your order and enhancing customer service. Under no circumstances will information ever be given or sold to a third party, nor will we ever record any billing details such as your payment account information. Emily will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which is held about you and to keep this information accurate and up to date. If at any time, you discover that information held about you is incorrect, you may contact us to have the information corrected
I like your photographs, can I use them?
Not unless you obtain permission to reproduce my images, email hello@emilyobrienphotography.net It is a breach of copyright otherwise. All images must be credited by Emily O’Brien and linked to www.emilyobrienphotography.net if they leave this site. Unless otherwise stated, copyright in the information and images or artwork prints on this website, extending to all Social Media is owned by or licensed to Emily O’Brien. This website and the content of this website may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, or otherwise exploited for any purpose, unless specifically authorised by law or in writing by Emily O’Brien.
Wholesale & Trade
I am an interior designer/stylist, can I use your prints for photo shoots etc?
Yes! Emily welcomes collaborations with stylists and designers! If you'd like to use Emily’s prints for photo shoots or other projects, please reach out to her at hello@emilyobrienphotography.net. She also offers industry discounts ranging from 20-35%, and occasionally more for long-term partners or regular customers. Additionally, Emily can provide complimentary prints to industry professionals and relevant small businesses for use in various materials such as photo shoots, brand promotion, blog articles, advertising, and social media. In return, Emily should be credited, tagged, and promoted as a supplier of the products.
