
Returns & Exchanges
Every print is made to order, so a few of the usual return rules work a little differently here. Here's how it works.
Change of Mind
Because each print is custom printed for you, I'm not able to offer refunds for a change of mind. If something isn't quite right, get in touch and I'll do what I can — exchanges are considered at my discretion, but they're not guaranteed.
Damaged or Faulty Prints
If your print arrives damaged, or there's a fault with the print itself, let me know within 7 days of receiving it. Send a photo of the damage along with your order details, and I'll sort out a replacement or refund.
Lost in Transit
Once an order has shipped, I'm not responsible for parcels lost, damaged, or stolen in transit — but I'll always look into it with you and work with Australia Post toward a fair outcome. Every case is handled individually.
Custom & Commissioned Work
Custom sizes, custom framing, and commissioned prints are made specifically to your order and can't be returned for change of mind. If there's a fault with the work itself, the same 7-day process above applies.
To Start a Return
Email hello@emilyobrienphotography.net within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number and a brief description of the issue. I'll get back to you within a few business days.
