While Emily O’Brien takes no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods once your order is shipped, Emily is more than happy to investigate into your lost, damaged or stolen goods and she ensures that she will work towards an appropriate solution with Australia Post. If you are not happy with your purchase you need to notify Emily within 5 days of receiving your prints. If you change your mind, exchanging goods and refunding goods is at the discretion of Emily O’Brien. If you simply change your mind this does not mean you will receive a refund as all prints are custom printed for you, meaning I have printed them especially for you.

Emily may occasionally provide special offers and promotions waiving delivery charges in certain circumstances. She reserves the right to vary, cancel or extend special offers and promotions regarding delivery charges.
